How do I book?

Which stylist should I book with?

Jules is our haircut specialist and is always accepting new haircut guests!


Megan is accepting new guests for color services and requires an in-person consultation prior to booking your appointment.

Do you have a phone?

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive right on time - not early - as our waiting area is small and shared with the other suites inside our space. You are welcome to wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Can I bring a friend or my kids with?

We are a micro-salon and cannot accommodate any extra guests. Please refrain from bringing your kids with your.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my hair?

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to make adjustments to your haircut or color within 1 week of your appointment to better fit what we talked about during your appointment. 

A change from what we talked about during your appointment or consultation is not considered an adjustment and will need to be booked as a separate service.

I'm running behind, what do I do?!

We have a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment is subject to being rescheduled and charged a same day cancellation fee.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your appointment online or reach out to us via texting our salon number 980-402-7285


We have cancellation policies in effect for our stylists.

A 50% service fee will incur if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. 


Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service.
